You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services and agree to the Terms. If you are under 18, you must get permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Services and agree to the Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use the Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as the Service-specific terms.

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you are prohibited from:

• Using our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone’s rights.
• Misusing our reporting or appeals processes, including providing manifestly unfounded submissions.
• Modifying, copying, leasing, selling, or distributing any of our Services.
• Attempting to or assisting anyone to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services.
• Interfering with or disrupting our Services.
• Using the Services without a valid license or authorization.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any license verification, activation, or trial-eligibility processes.

These restrictions do not apply to the extent that an activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

The Services allow you to download software, which may update automatically to ensure you’re using the latest version. Our software may include or rely on third-party software, products, or services, which may be subject to their own terms and licenses. We are not responsible for the terms or licenses of third-party software, products, or services. Your use of our software is subject to the terms of our Software License.

We appreciate your feedback about our Services. By providing feedback, you agree that we may use it to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services without compensation to you.

You may provide data, information, files, or other content to the Services (“Input”). The Services may process this Input to provide output (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content.” You are responsible for your Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to the Services.

As between you and Meyuwe, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your ownership rights in Input and own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Output.

Prices for paid licenses may vary by country.

For paid purchases, you may request a full refund without stating a reason within 14 calendar days after purchase, including if you have downloaded, activated, or used the software. To request a refund, go to https://saeth.app/refund. Refunds are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. After receiving a full refund, your license will be revoked and you must stop using the software. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

We may change our prices. Price changes will not affect licenses you have already purchased, and we will not charge or compensate you for any difference in price.

Paid purchases are sold and processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for those purchases. You purchase the paid license from Polar under Polar’s Buyer Terms, while Meyuwe grants you the right to use the software under these Terms and our Software License. Polar handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment-related refunds for paid purchases only. Polar does not provide or administer free trials.

You may end your agreement with Meyuwe at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing to use the Services.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services or revoke your paid license or other authorization. We may do so, for example, if we reasonably determine that you have breached these Terms or if we must do so to comply with the law or address a serious security risk. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the breach before taking action. Any restriction, suspension, or revocation will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to any of our affiliates or subsidiaries or any successor to our business or Services. If we do, any rights you have as a consumer will not be affected. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to terminate your relationship with Meyuwe and stop using our Services at any time.

We may update these Terms or our Services from time to time. We may update, modify, or improve our Services from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will only apply to our relationship going forward, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services. We do not guarantee future updates, new features, or major upgrades. We will provide updates as required by applicable law. We may discontinue development or stop selling the software to new customers. We may also introduce different licensing or subscription models for future versions or services. Changes will not shorten a free trial that has already started.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our affiliates or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the license or Service giving rise to the claim. If the claim arises exclusively from use for which you paid nothing, including a free trial, our total aggregate liability will not exceed €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may provide notices relating to the Services or our relationship with you, for example by email, through the Services, or on our website. These may include notices about changes to our terms, licenses, policies, security, or other important matters.
